Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response for edits to names and other requests. You CANNOT book, reschedule or cancel a test by email.


TEST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION REQUESTS

Request an investigation into an incident within 1 day of your test. Read the information on the Test Incident page and submit the request using the Incident Investigation Request email form

Incidents take approximately 7 business days to be investigated.

Due to the high volume of emails received around key deadlines and during the test window, it is advisable to read the website and FAQs for the answer to your question, particularly if it is urgent.

We must have the candidate's express written consent for a third party (such as a parent, guardian or teacher) acting on their behalf. It is preferable for the candidate to email our office directly.
