Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response for edits to names and other requests. You CANNOT book, reschedule or cancel a test by email.


TEST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION REQUESTS (DURING TESTING PERIOD)

Request an investigation into an incident within 1 day of your test. Read the information on the Test Incident page and submit the request using the Incident Investigation Request email form

Incidents take approximately 7 business days to be investigated.
