PEARSON CUSTOMER SERVICES

If you are having difficulties logging into your Pearson account, refer to the Registration and Booking FAQs before contacting Pearson.

Rescheduling and Cancelling can be managed in your Pearson account.

Requests for edits to names on Pearson Accounts should be emailed to Pearson Customer Services using this email form. Refer to the FAQs on the ID Policy page of the website before submitting a request.

Pearson do not answer general queries. Please refer to the website for information.

Exceptions are not made to policies. Please do not contact Pearson requesting an exemption as they will be unable to assist you. Refer to the relevant policies on our website.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response for edits to names and other requests.

You cannot book, cancel or reschedule a standard test by email.
TEST INCIDENT INVESTIGATION REQUESTS
You can request an investigation into an incident you reported during the test, within 1 day of your test sitting. Read the information on the Test Incident page and submit the request using the Incident investigation request form provided there. Incidents take approximately 7 business days to be investigated.

Candidates should email from their registered email address. We must have the candidate's express written consent for a third party (such as a parent, guardian or teacher) to correspond on their behalf.
