Extended Tests

Candidates who receive exam adjustments for school/college/university exams may be entitled to access arrangements when sitting the UCAT ANZ.

The test versions available for UCAT ANZ are outlined below. Candidates should apply for the access arrangements which reflect the exam adjustments they receive for school/ college/ university exams.

Access arrangements applications must be approved by the UCAT ANZ Office before booking a test. Please refer to the information on the Access Arrangements page.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL TEST VERSIONS
All sections of the test count down automatically. Once the time in any section has expired you must click the onscreen notification to move on when instructed, otherwise you will lose time from the next section. If you do not need to use the full amount of time in the instruction section you can end it early and move on to the subtest.

STANDARD UCAT ANZ

UCAT ANZ (117 minutes 30 seconds)
The UCATANZ is the standard test. Each subtest is preceded by a separate timed instruction section.

REST BREAKS

Standard test time with 20 minutes rest break time
The UCATANZ SA has the standard test time (above) with an additional 20 minutes available for rest breaks. This equates to 10 minutes rest break time per hour.

10 MINUTES EXTRA TIME PER HOUR

UCATANZ SEN10 (136 minutes)
The UCATANZ SEN10 provides 10 minutes extra test time per hour. Each subtest is preceded by a separate timed instruction section.
